Making Xtrema - Safe, Green & Healthy
Mixing the patented ceramic material and making the ceramic clay.
Shaping the clay by utilizing a pressing mold and high pressure casting mold.
Drying process then quality control inspection.
Polish the newly formed cookware.
Wash and smooth the cookware with water.
Product inspection
First firing of the product in the kiln.
Unload the cookware from kiln and allow it to cool.
Clean the cookware then quality control inspection.
Glaze the cookware by dipping the entire product into a ceramic glaze bath. Ceramic glaze is then sprayed a second time with a compressed air spray gun. Let dry then quality control inspection.
Load the cookware back into the kiln for the 2nd firing.
Fire the cookware a second time.
Unload the cookware from the kiln racks and then perform quality control inspection.
Perform the back label stamp application, and apply the ceramic glaze to the underside of the product.
Place the cookware in kiln then fire the cookware for the 3rd time.
Unloading Cookware
Polish the underside of the cookware.
Perform the final quality control inspection
Pack the cookware for shipping.
Load the 40 ft. overseas container on the container truck for delivery to the port for shipping. Product is then loaded on a container ship bound for the USA.
