Rich Bergstrom, Founder & President of Ceramcor

Rich was born in Queens, NYC and lived his adolescence and teenage years on Long Island. He attended Bradley University and graduated from Towson University in 1974. Rich is the founder and owner of Ceramcor and his love of ceramics and housewares products was fueled by his 23 year involvement with Corning Inc. and further developed with his ownership of Alex Michael & Associates and Renaissance Group International.

Rich is active with The Remedy Church in Brick, New Jersey and he loves being with and married to Debbie for the past 32 years. Some of his favorite things are hanging out with his sons Alex and Erik, playing golf, tennis; traveling to China and having family reunions at Sunset Beach, North Carolina.

Rich is blessed in so many ways and knows that only God could be responsible for providing him with such a wonderful family, missional community, business and most importantly the brightest, healthiest and most caring customers that anyone could possibly imagine.

Bob Bergstrom, USA Sales & Marketing Manager & Minority Owner

Bob is a 1974 Towson University graduate, with a degree in Mass Communications. He has over thirty years of consumer product sales experience with five different companies. Bob resides in Hagerstown, Maryland. When he’s not on the phone with customers or at the warehouse coordinating the shipment of special orders he stays active in the Hagerstown community.

Bob has been happily married to his wife Kay for thirty-six years. They have three grown children and two grand children. Bob is a FCA board member at the Washington County chapter and is an FCA Huddle coach at Smithsburg high school. Bob has been the Assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Smithburg high the past nineteen years.

Hobbies include- tennis, running, body boarding and taking long walks with his wife and their two border collies, Calie & Malcom.

Patrick Bergstrom, Director of Internet Marketing & Social Media

Patrick Bergstrom is a 2005 Wesley College graduate and Academic All-Conference lacrosse player. He has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and creative writing. After college he spent several years in the sales field holding various different positions including; financial recruiting, technical sales, and retail management. Patrick joined Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware in the spring of 2008 to work as their Social Media Director. If you are tweeting with Xtrema or interacting with us on Facebook, then you are most likely speaking with Patrick. He now handles all aspects of Xtrema’s Internet Marketing.

Patrick is active in the community and is a strong supporter of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He also spends his spare time speaking to high school and college students on the pressures of life and how to overcome obstacles through faith and persistence.

Amy Moats, Warehouse Manager

Amy has worked at the Horizon Goodwill fulfillment center for ten years. She utilizes her expertise and skills in the shipping and receiving department center to maintain proper and on time deliveries. Amy lives in Greencastle, PA with her son Chad.

Shirlin Cheung, Partner - Ceramcor International

Shirlin Cheung has been working in the ceramics industry for 21 years and has an extensive background in product production, sourcing and management. Shirlin is also a managing partner of Ceramcor International which is located in Hong Kong. Shirlin Lives in Tuen Mun and she is married, with one son. She is active with her church and local community.

Michelle Lau, Sourcing Manager

Michelle has 14 years experience in product sourcing and she has been the Asia Ceramcor National Accounts Manager for 3 years. Michelle lives and works in the Tuen Mun, Hong Kong.

Thomas Yang, Factory & Ceramcor Liaison

Thomas is from Shenzhen, China. He has 19 years experience in the ceramics industry. He is currently the Ceramcor factory product supervisor. He is married and has one son. He enjoys watching movies and spending time playing basketball with his son.

Xander Becket, Internet Marketing Specialist at WebpageFX

Xander is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with degrees in English and Spanish. He's from York, PA, and currently lives in Carlisle, PA with his wife, 2-year-old son, and infant baby girl. Xander discovered internet marketing through a college internship and has worked at WebpageFX since graduation in 2008.

When he's not working or playing sports with his son, Xander can be found exercising, meditating, or watching MTV reality shows.

Kristyn Moll, Public Relations

Kristyn graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Relations. She was a manager of the public relations/ investor relations team at Thomson Financial in San Francisco for 6 years before founding Avalon Communications in 2005. Kristyn works closely with the Ceramcor team in driving exposure for the brand throughout the regional and national consumer media.

Kristyn lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Jeff.

Vinny Baiera, Creative & Design

Vinny graduated from Pratt Institute in New York with a Bachelor of fine arts degree. He spent most of his career in the Toy Industry heading up Preliminary design- Blue Sky Groups for such companies as Hasbro and Tyco.

Vinny has since gone on to start his own art/design studio- Advanced Concepts, an outside art/design source for companies with diverse product lines.

Vinny has studios in Brooklyn, New York and Naples, Florida.

Dave M. Schleigh, Creative & Designer

Dave graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Geography and Technical Writing. He then brought his creative talents to the City of Baltimore, where as art director he developed a wide range of print and online media for the city. In 2005, Dave joined forces with Rich Daughtridge to launch High Rock Studios. Dave heads the High Rock office in Ellicott City and oversees creative and design strategies for clients. Dave lives in Columbia, Maryland with his wife Jaci.

Tim Lord, Media Buyer, Working Media Group, Atlanta

Tim Hails from Michigan and graduated from Albion College. He has worked extensively within the print advertising community in Atlanta Georgia since 1986. After representing individual magazine titles such as Business Atlanta, Game & Fish Publications and The Economist, Tim now focuses on media planning and placement efforts on the agency side. Currently, Tim specializes in national consumer magazine titles and is the Senior Media Buyer at Working Media Group Atlanta. Tim has two sons in college and is an avid sports fan and outdoorsman. He enjoys camping, cooking, college football, fishing, NASCAR and negotiating ad deals.
